1. A signed waiver is required for all Cat Cafe guests.

* Guests under 18 years of age must arrive with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

* Guests under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.


2. Ring the bell - WAIT - and present your voucher or digital reservation confirmation to the attendant.


3. Please sanitize your hands before entering.


4. Please DO NOT PICK UP OR CARRY THE CATS.

It is best to sit calmly and let them approach you.

Follow their lead when offering pets & cuddles.

DO NOT FORCE physical affection.


5. Cats do not enjoy loud noises or unpredictable behavior.

Avoid abrupt movements.

Absolutely NO RUNNING, JUMPING, OR SCREAMING.


6. Please do not disturb the cats while they are eating, drinking, or sleeping.

NOTE TO PARENTS & GUARDIANS

* Please prepare your children ahead of time to listen to our attendant’s instructions.

* Ensure your children are able to maintain a calm environment for our cats.

* As the responsible adult, you must provide active supervision at all times.
